Excellent central location, a big room w a huge bathroom with a tub, a high-quality room-cleaning service, plentiful breakfast, competent and helpful English-speaking staff. My window was facing a street, busy during the day, but very quiet at night. Excellent choice overall!

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The lady attending the guests was so kind and helpful. I also loved how everything was clean and neat and tidy. But the best part about staying here is hospitable and friendly staff willing to help.

A good location: very close to Plaza de Armas, the Santiago historic centre. Friendly staff. Provided us with the food packs when we left early and couldn't get the breakfast. Personnel helped us to book taxi through internet (we didn't speak Spanish).

The staff was extremely helpful and they stored our bags while we walked around town. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms are older but sufficient for what you need to spend the night and they were clean.

The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The hotel stored our luggage for free while we walked around for the day. We had a late night flight. Breakfast is very good.

great location but, is in the downtown beside a lot of interest spots, great breakfast and the staff was very polite. Is the second time I stay in the hotel and I will stay again the next time. Totally recommended

It was a great location, and the staff were helpful. we had to leave early on our last day, and they packed us a breakfast to go, which I thought was a very nice thing to do :)

Spacious and comfortable. People at the front desk is great. Kudos to the gentlemen at the front desk. Trilingual Spa, Eng, Portuguese. Good breakfast too.
